Overview: David Flippo is a typical politician who moved to Reno from Las Vegas this year to spend his millions of dollars running for Congress, while refusing to follow the law and file his personal financial disclosure.  Flippo opposes increasing workers’ paychecks and even threatened to replace his employees with AI.  

Summary: Voters across the district need to see broadcast TV ads, digital ads on YouTube and streaming and mail that:

• Flippo can’t be trusted to clean up the corruption in Washington:
• David Flippo is spending millions of his own money to run for Congress but he violated federal transparency laws by refusing to file his personal financial disclosure. 
• Flippo moved from Las Vegas to run and was also accused of using campaign cash to rent a 6-bedroom mansion in Reno. 
• Flippo was fired from his job at a financial advisor firm for allegedly violating company policies involving customer data privacy. 

Flippo supports tax cuts for billionaires but opposes higher wages for Nevada workers. He even said he would consider replacing his own employees at his company with AI if he was required to pay them more. Flippo would rather outsource jobs to AI than pay workers a fair wage.

In addition, women voters who registered Unaffiliated/Other, need to receive information in their mail box that Flippo supported legislation that gave tax cuts to billionaires by gutting Medicaid and kicking more than 21,000 people in Northern Nevada off their health coverage. 

• Now, insurance premiums in Nevada are 26% higher and two rural hospitals are at risk of closing. Flippo said efforts to protect women’s access to reproductive health care in Nevada were “ludicrous” and supported defunding health services women rely on for cancer screenings and birth control. 
• If David Flippo got his way, a woman’s right to make health decisions with her doctor would be decided by politicians.
